BASIC PURPOSE : Assist in the review of documents provided by customers to open, update, or gain access to accounts, ensuring that compliance is maintained.

PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES

As a Deposit Review and Compliance Representative, you will be an essential member of the BankFirst Operations team. As such, you will provide support to frontline staff with a variety of deposit related needs, including, but not limited to :

• Review and verify documentation required for opening new Trust, Estate, and accounts with Power of Attorney..
• Review and verify legal documentation.
• Consult with legal council as needed
• Provide support to frontline branch personnel.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Review new accounts for accuracy and ensure compliance
• Review a variety of maintenance on accounts to ensure accuracy
• Performs multiple tasks, duties, and jobs within the department that pertains to Deposit Operations

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS : Must have good computer skills, specifically Excel, Word, Adobe Sign. Should be detail oriented and be able to multi-task. Have excellent communications skills, written and verbal.
