[job_card.job_description]This is a Registered Nurse position specializing in Labor and Delivery. The job involves working holiday rotations. Must have a professional nursing license valid in New York State. Nursys verification is required for submission. Must comply with applicable state executive orders and state board guidelines for temporary licensure, emergency waivers, and / or licensure by endorsement. Driver's License or State ID is required. Holiday rotation schedule. Proof of vaccines or titers required for MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella. Influenza vaccine required between October 1 and March 31 (accepts CHS Declination). One Step TB Skin Test / Tspot / TB QuantiFERON within past 12 months prior to start date. Annual TB Questionnaire within past 12 months. Physical and Vision Exam within the past 12 months prior to start date, including systems check and required annually. 12 panel drug screen (NO THC) within past 12 months prior to start date. 7-year Criminal County Search, SSN Trace, National Criminal Database within 12 months prior to start date. Catholic National Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start. Catholic State Sex Offender Registry check within 30 days prior to start for the state the talent lives in. Catholic Webchecks within 30 days prior to start. Catholic Core Competencies, Skills Checklist, Relias Color Vision, Unit Exam required. Catholic Criminal Background Check required. Catholic Professional Reference and Employment Verification required. Catholic Badge Photo required. Catholic COA and Fit Test required.
