Position Overview

Were looking for an Assistant Project Manager to join our West Coast Permitting this role youll support Project Managers in delivering seamless permitting solutions across a variety of commercial construction projects. Youll play a key role in keeping projects on track communicating with municipal agencies and maintaining momentum from start to finish.

What Youll Do

• Assist in the preparation and submission of permit packages
• Perform due diligence create permit checklists and update project tracking tools
• Act as a liaison with city departments and monitor project statuses
• Maintain documentation including meeting minutes and permit logs
• Support project progress through scheduling quality control and follow-ups
• Serve as backup to Project Managers when needed
