About the Role
We are looking for a motivated, people-oriented professional to join our dental team as a
Front Desk Administrator and Marketing Coordinator .
This position plays a key role in ensuring every patient has an exceptional experience — both over the phone and in the office.
Responsibilities
Greet and engage patients warmly in person and over the phone.
Manage scheduling, patient records, and follow-ups.
Convert phone and walk-in inquiries into scheduled appointments.
Track and follow up with potential patients and leads.
Assist with marketing initiatives — social media posts, local outreach, and referral tracking.
Maintain organization in daily operations, patient communications, and reporting.
Qualifications
Excellent verbal communication; well-spoken and confident.
Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized and dependable with great attention to detail.
Proactive with following up and ensuring no patient opportunity is missed.
Comfortable using computer systems, CRM tools, and basic marketing software.
Dental experience is a plus but not required
