Receiving Supervisor

Purpose

The Overnight Receiving Supervisor is responsible for directing and overseeing the warehouse operations of each retail store. In addition, this role supervises warehouse specialists, order pickers, and forklift operators while managing the daily freight schedule based on customer and inventory needs.

Minimum Eligibility Requirements

• 1?3 years of previous supervisory experience (preferably in a warehouse or distribution center environment)
• Excellent interpersonal, team building, delegating, and follow?up skills
• Ability to work effectively with other departments
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Basic math proficiency
• Proficient with Windows?based computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast?paced environment and meet deadlines
• Availability to work extended hours, especially during peak seasons

Essential Functions

Working Conditions

The employee frequently works in a warehouse environment and is exposed to moving vehicles in a moderate to noisy noise level.

Physical / Sensory Requirements

Ability to exert 3060 pounds of force occasionally and 2030 pounds of force frequently, with a constant force up to 20 pounds to lift, carry, push, pull, or move objects. The employee frequently stands, walks, reaches with arms and hands, climbs or balances, and stoops, kneels, crouches, or crawls.

Sunday 10 : 00?AM 6 : 00?PM

Pickup Hours

Monday Friday 7 : 00?AM 7 : 00?PM

Saturday 8 : 00?AM 7 : 00?PM

Sunday 10 : 00?AM 6 : 00?PM
