Wieland is hiring a Manufacturing Operator. The Manufacturing Operator will operate the shred / sort equipment to ensure manufacturing lines run without interruptions. This role is located in Shelbyville, KY and will be fully on-site.

Starting Pay : 23.50

Schedule : Rotating 12-hour Shifts

Day Shift : 6 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM

Pay Schedule : Weekly

Responsibilities

Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities :

• Runs HMI to ensure the manufacturing line runs without interruptions.
• Safely operates mobile plant and equipment such as forklifts, yard sweepers, front-end loaders, skid steer, and Sengenbogen per applicable procedure.
• Directing Shred / Sort technicians to empty hoppers as needed
• Load infeed hoppers.
• Print / apply rejected box labels and change out as needed.
• Check / Empty conveyor cleanout tubs.
• Take empty boxes / skids out.
• All other duties assigned during shifts
