Complex Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney – Houston, TX

Salary will be based on the candidate’s experience and other job-related factors, in accordance with applicable law.

Our Houston office is seeking a Litigation Associate with 3–5+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. This role places a special emphasis on complex commercial litigation , offering hands-on involvement from case inception through trial , including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and courtroom proceedings.

We are looking for a highly motivated attorney with a proven track record in litigation, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while taking on significant responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cases from start to finish, including discovery, motion practice, mediation, and trial
• Lead evidentiary hearings, Temporary Injunction, and Temporary Restraining Order hearings
• Take the lead in depositions of fact and expert witnesses
• Act as lead counsel in mediations and court appearances
• Represent clients in both State and Federal courts
