Required Skills & Experience

• Experience with Google Chronicle and Splunk.
• Knowledge of CrowdStrike.
• Networking background nice to have.
• Risk analytics and alert management.
• 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following : work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies

Strong discipline and understanding of responsibilities, even without a formal degree.

What You Will Be Doing Case Management :

Group related cases and conduct comprehensive analysis

Shared Mailbox Management :

Collaborate with internal partner teams and WF employees.

Phone Queue Management :

Answering phone calls as part of the job responsibilities.
