Training and Documentation Specialist

Area / Department : Claims PIT

Schedule / Hours : M-F, 8am - 5pm; Must work evenings and weekends as directed

Job Summary :

Researches, develops, and maintains a training curriculum and departmental workflows and work processes for Claims Operations staff. Provides training and performs quality reviews during training periods.

Minimum Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree (BA / BS) from four-year college or university; or one to two years' related experience and / or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preference may be given to candidates with one or more of the following : (1) industry standard coding formats experience, (2) medical claims processing / billing, and / or (3) skilled in the use of word processing and spreadsheet software such as Microsoft Word and Excel programs.
