CNC Operator - 2nd Shift!

The  CNC Operator  we seek must have a strong safety focus and technical aptitude, as well as a strong work ethic, adaptability, and eye for detail. You will perform spot inspections of parts and adjust the speed and material flow to ensure top quality and meet our customer specifications. You will also be required to learn new skills and work with different machinery in different areas.

Requirements Include :

• Prior experience with reading drawings, selecting proper tooling, and holding parts to within close tolerances is essential
• Prior experience running CNC machines or heavy machinery is required
• Maintain machine tools and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Work on daily scheduled jobs given by the Supervisor / Lead for the week.
• Maintain machine area clean.
• Look for ways to improve / optimize efficiency on programs to improve delivery dates.
• Ensure material, quantities and description on materials is correct before starting jobs.
• Update and inform Supervisor / Lead on any issues or problems operator sees when working on projects.
• Maximize tooling utilization on projects.
• Employees must be able to use both hands to control equipment and material used in the production process.
• Must be able to stand for the duration of your shift and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Work and train with other operators on how to program and run the machines.

All candidates must have reliable transportation, must be able to lift / carry up to 50lbs, and be able to work 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday, 3 : 00pm to 1 : 30am , plus any needed overtime.
