Job Title : Dental Front Office

Schedule : Mon – Thurs : 7 : 45 AM – 5 : 00 PM | Weds / Fri : 7 : 45 AM – 3 : 00 PM (Every other Friday or Monday off)

Job Summary :

Our Hover Dental practice is seeking a skilled and personable Dental Front Office Admin to join our team. The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and team-oriented, with strong communication and organizational skills. We’re looking for someone who fits well with our culture and is committed to providing exceptional patient service.

Responsibilities :

Manage front office operations using Open Dental software

Verify dental insurance benefits and follow up on claims

Coordinate patient payments and discuss financial options

Answer phones, schedule appointments, and fill last-minute cancellations

Present treatment plans clearly and professionally

Maintain a welcoming and efficient front desk environment

Requirements :

Minimum 3 years of dental front office experience (preferred)

Proficiency with dental practice management software (Open Dental preferred)

Strong knowledge of insurance verification and billing processes

Excellent phone and scheduling skills

Experience with treatment presentation and patient communication

Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Compensation and Benefits :

Hourly rate : $21 and up, depending on experience

Every other Friday or Monday off

Dental benefits

Health insurance after 60 days

401(k) eligibility after 90 days
