Day Porter Position

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy individual for the Day Porter position at a large office building in North Charleston. An individual who takes pride and ownership in their work. A dependable team member who is detail oriented and able to work independently. If this sounds like you, then we could be a great fit for you.

Job Duties :

• Ability to work around facility tenants.
• Sweep or vacuum and damp mop hard surface floors and vacuum carpeted floors
• Clean restrooms including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors and walls
• Replenish restroom dispensers with paper products and soap
• Clean entrance glass and other interior and exterior door glass.
• Remove trash from containers inside and exterior surrounding areas of building, replace torn or soiled liners.
• Operate and maintain equipment such as vacuum cleaners
• Clean exterior employee lounging area.
• Work effectively with other team members, restocking supplies for evening crew.
• Conduct all work in accordance with company procedures - including safety, door lock, time & attendance and uniform policies
