Mammography Technologist

Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System is seeking a skilled and compassionate Mammography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at the Nancy Ausonio Mammography Center. About the Role: In this role, you’ll perform screening and diagnostic mammography and bone density exams while working closely with radiologists and a supportive imaging leadership team. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-quality women’s imaging services in accordance with ACR and MQSA standards, with a strong focus on patient comfort, safety, and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Perform mammography and bone density exams Assist radiologists with procedures such as needle localization and biopsies Ensure image quality, documentation, and compliance with regulatory standards Provide compassionate, patient-centered care Participate in quality assurance and continuous improvement activities What We’re Looking For: ARRT (R)(M) and current CRT (or ability to obtain) BLS certification Mammography experience preferred Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset Why Salinas Valley Memorial Healthcare System: Salinas Valley Memorial is a trusted, community-focused healthcare system serving California’s Central Coast.
