• Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week
• 5.5 points per day productivity requirement
• Home health setting
• Adult care patient population
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• OASIS experience required
• HCHB experience preferred
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
