LHH is partnering with a growing oil & gas company in Houston, Texas to find an efficient Accounts Payable Specialist with above-par accuracy. Applicants should have two or more years in a recent Accounts Payable function.

This company offers a HYBRID work schedule!

Pay for the Accounts Payable Specialist will range from $23 to $26 per hour depending on experience.

Job Responsibilities :

• Recording / reconciling information relating to AP financials
• Working with contract managers to ensure AP batch accuracy, approving for payment
• Setting up new vendors, gathering tax compliance and other required documentation
• Research and respond to questions / inquiries from external vendors
• Maintain AP aging report and other accounting ledgers
• Acquire approvals from department heads
• Coding non-PO invoices
• Process expense reports, reconcile company credit cards
