The Sr Architect, Data role is responsible for guiding the business through the analysis of quantitative & qualitative data. This role requires the creation of customer-centric solutions / approaches driven by data analysis, business acumen, creativity, and effective communication. This position will manage the design and development of reporting structures and interfaces, as well as administration of standardized reports to be utilized cross-functionally. Presents all business insights and findings in succinct and creative ways using data visualizations for a broad audience, including all levels of leadership, technology, business and finance.

• This position will sit in Overland Park, KS; or Bellevue, WA. This is not a remote role - this is a hybrid environment requiring 3 days a week in office.

Base Pay Range : $99,800 - $180,000

Corporate Bonus Target : 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and / or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
