University Home Care Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team in Macomb, MI. The Licensed Practical Nurse will play a vital role in delivering personalized care while ensuring the health and comfort of our patients.

Responsibilities

Provide nursing care and support to patients in their homes according to care plans.
Monitor patient health and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
Administer medications and perform routine nursing procedures as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements

Valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.

Previous experience in home health care or similar nursing roles preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
