Advance your career in the Maryland / DC region! We invite you to join our team of multispecialty anesthesiologists at the University of Maryland. We're seeking board‑eligible / board‑certified MD / DO anesthesiologists to support our rapidly expanding growth, working in operating room, procedural and obstetrics suite environments. Opportunities currently exist at our Baltimore Washington Medical Center (BWMC) practice. Duties include clinical care and some teaching of learners at various levels – student registered nurse anesthetists, residents, etc.

Expected rank for this position will be Assistant Professor or higher, however, final rank and tenure status will be commensurate with selected candidate's experience.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications include a medical degree (MD or DO), board eligibility or certification in anesthesiology, and a record of academic performance. Candidates should demonstrate experience in operating room, procedural, and obstetrics settings, with a willingness to teach and engage in scholarly activities.
Salary Range – Fixed Base Compensation (Clinical Faculty w / MD Degree)
The referenced salary range reflects fixed base pay, which is based on faculty rank and years in rank. This salary range does not include all components of the Department of Anesthesiology faculty compensation program or pay from participation in incentive compensation programs. Therefore, the actual compensation paid to the selected candidate may vary from the salary range stated herein.
