Overview

Hospitality Health ER in Tyler, TX is seeking a Materials Handler / Warehouse Technician to join our team. This role is essential to keeping our ER facilities running smoothly by ensuring supplies are delivered, stocked, and managed accurately. What You'll Do

As a Materials Handler / Warehouse Technician, you will :

• Receive, log, and stock incoming orders in the inventory system.
• Transport supplies to and from the off-site warehouse.
• Monitor inventory levels and notify supervisors when stock is low.
• Unload deliveries, put away inventory, and deliver freight as it arrives.
• Fill supply requests from ER facilities promptly and accurately.
• Deliver materials to other HHER facilities as needed.
• Track all supply usage and movement through the digital inventory system.
• Rotate stock properly to ensure freshness and efficiency.
• Report equipment issues, system problems, or safety hazards immediately.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors, dispatchers, and team members to ensure smooth operations.
• What We're Looking For
• 18 years or older with a valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds .
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable using technology and digital inventory systems.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet scheduling demands.
• Dependable, honest, and team-oriented.
• Ability to move quickly and effectively while maintaining accuracy.
• Clean criminal and driving record.
• Strong communication skills in English (read, write, speak).
