Job Summary
As a Field Service Technician youll be at the heart of what we do : diagnosing repairing and maintaining Caterpillar machines out in the field. Whether its a dozer excavator wheel loader or haul truck youll use your skills and experience to deliver top-tier service that keeps our customers moving. You will work out of a company service truck servicing and performing :
- Diagnostics and repair on heavy equipment including Caterpillar engines and drive-train components electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Perform routine and complex repairs inspect and maintain equipment and rebuilding components to ensure optimal performance.
- Additional duties include servicing Air Conditioning systems maintaining detailed service records collaborating with fellow technicians on complex repairs and adhering to all safety protocols within the shop environment.

High School Diploma or GED is required along with completion of a technical school program (minimum 2 years) focused on diesel or power equipment systems plus at least 3 years of relevant industry experience.Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in repairing diesel engines generators and industrial equipment.Class B or A Commercial Drivers License with an acceptable driving record following Ohio CAT standards with ability to drive manual transmission.EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
