What You'll Do:

• Provide exceptional customer service while supporting internal employees
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and some software issues; triage and escalate complex issues as needed
• Manage the onboarding and offboarding of user accounts and related equipment
• Prepare and configure equipment for deployment to remote employees

Qualifications:

• Computer Science degree or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable
• 1+ years' experience in IT or Retail Service Desk roles
• Knowledge of corporate desktop technologies
• Ability to lift objects up to 50lbs.
