[job_card.job_description]Must have a active IL license Locum will be responsible for patient evaluation, simulation and dosimetry treatment planning, prescription for radiation therapy, weekly assessments of patients under treatment, and post-treatment patient follow-up. The physician is also responsible for checking daily images for verification of alignment and accuracy of treatment. Radiation Oncology clinic coverage - no call, holidays or weekends! 25-30 patients under treatment per day, both locations. Cases - External beam treatments, OTV's and follow ups Procedures required - on site supervision for compliance, checking SRS's, on treatment visits, occasional follow up or consult. DEA Required? : Yes State Licensure : IL CSR License Required? : Yes BLS
