As an inspiring leader and practicing clinician, the Chief Medical Officer will oversee clinical care strategy, drive quality improvement, and foster innovation to deliver high-quality, patient-centered services across diverse populations.

Responsibilities :

• Provide strategic oversight for all medical services, ensuring delivery of evidence-based, culturally competent care.
• Maintain an active clinical practice to stay connected with patient needs.
• Lead integration of medical, behavioral health, dental, and nursing services to promote coordinated care.
• Oversee clinical protocols, quality metrics, and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to organizational growth and strategic planning.
• Lead clinical transformation initiatives, including practice redesign and team-based care models.
• Optimize use of health technology, including EHR systems and clinical decision support tools.
• Supervise and support medical staff, fostering professional development and engagement.
