Transport senior clients safely and courteously whilst driving a 14 – passenger (or less) vehicle under the supervision and guidance of staff and management. Part-time role which would be ideal for any delivery service driver or retiree. Working hours range from 3-5 hours per day, typically 7 : 30am - 9 : 30am & 1 : 00pm - 3 : 00pm. Must be able to commute to Lansdale, PA. Bilingual is a plus (Korean, Gujarati, Hindi, English).

DUTIES AND RESONSIBILITIES include the following :

1. Ensure all passengers are properly secure and safe at all times.

2. Operates wheelchair lift properly for loading and unloading (when necessary).

3. Ensures all wheelchair equipment is stored properly prior to movement of vehicle (when necessary).

4. Operates vehicle in all-weather and terrain conditions for all day-to-day assignments.

5. Fosters and maintains good rapport with passengers, activity centers, staff, care providers, and management.

6. Safely transports passengers from designated pick-up and drop-off locations; driving courteously and following all traffic laws.

7. Uses two-way radio / company cell phone (only when necessary).

8. Effectively responds to emergency situations.

9. Performs, documents, and submits pre-trip inspection forms and vehicle condition reports.

10. Cleans vehicles at the beginning and end of each day.

11. Reads, interprets and follow maps or GPS.

12. Performs arithmetic calculations.

13. Other duties as required.
