REPRESENTATIVES (Evenings)

Rapidly growing industry leader in the specialized financial services and insurance sector has two openings for a Call Center Representative in their 24-hour call center in Carlsbad, CA. The shift will be Evenings from 2:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. with the flexibility to work any shift (Weekends and Holidays a must). We are looking for talented, energetic and dependable people with varying backgrounds in Customer Service. • Duties and Responsibilities:
• Handling inbound calls, faxes, and e-mails relating to customers and prospects.
• Assuring timely responses to customer inquiries.
• Supporting retail branch office operations and promoting strong working relationships with customers, field personnel and corporate support staffs.
• Other administrative duties.
• Required Experience/Skills:
• 1 to 3 years customer service experience.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to multi task and prioritize in a fast paced work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail oriented, problem solver.
• Ability to work independently and in a group.
• Ability to work a flexible work schedule. Weekends and Holidays a must.
• Education and Training:
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred
• Hands on experience in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
