Role : Java Backend Lead

Location : Bellevue WA (Hybrid)

Java Backend Lead

Responsibilities :

  • Design and architect the backend services and APIs.
  • Ensure scalability performance and security of backend components.
  • Mentor backend developers (if any).
  • Integrate with internal systems (e.g. authentication data sources etc.).
  • Ensure best practices in code quality testing and documentation.

Skills to Look For :

  • Java (Spring Boot JPA / Hibernate)
  • RESTful API design
  • Microservices architecture
  • Experience with enterprise authentication (e.g. SSO OAuth2)
  • Docker / Kubernetes knowledge is a plus
