Job Summary
Our client is seeking an individual with a technical background to join their team to provide help desk support. In this position, you will provides first level IT support for all end-users with excellent customer service skills. You will write tickets and resolve hardware / software / systems issues.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Customer Service - Confident and professional, helpful and willing to resolve and do what's needed to help the customer out, figuring out how to get issues resolved; excellent verbal communication will set them apart
- Reimaging experience- stores don't use registers, so when they do for the holidays it needs reimaged
- General IT experience or degree
