We are currently hiring an HVAC Installer to join our team. We would love to schedule an initial phone interview with you. If there is mutual interest, we will bring you in to meet our management team and have an in-person interview. Responsibilities Include :
Install HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, ductwork, heat pumps, ventilation systems, and thermostatsPerform routine maintenance and inspections on HVAC systemsTroubleshoot, diagnose, and repair HVAC system malfunctionsEnsure HVAC systems are running correctly by conducting operational checks, testing system components, and confirming performance meets manufacturer specificationsCommunicate effectively with clients, ensuring understanding of system operation and any necessary maintenanceIdentify opportunities to offer additional services, upgrades, or preventative maintenanceConsistently meet or exceed assigned daily, weekly, or monthly performance goalsKeep accurate records of installations, service calls, and maintenance performedSafely operate and maintain assigned company vehicles, machinery, tools, and equipmentEnsure that all installations meet safety codes and regulationsRequirements :
2+ years of HVAC install experienceValid EPA Certification requiredStrong knowledge of HVAC systems, components and installationsStrong knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing connections for HVAC systemsAbility to lift heavy equipment and materials (up to 75 lbs)Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipmentExcellent communication and customer service skillsA positive attitude and willingness to learnGood character and ability to work well within a teamValid driver’s license and clean driving recordNeat, clean, and organized work habitsStrong work ethic
