Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A K-12 school in Lakewood, NJ is seeking a skilled Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a contract position lasting the current school year. This role focuses on providing behavior intervention services and support to students within the school setting.

Responsibilities :

• Implement behavior intervention plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA)
• Collect and record accurate data on student progress
• Assist in the development and modification of individualized behavior plans
• Work closely with students, teachers, and school staff to support student success
• Maintain confidentiality and follow ethical guidelines set by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)

Location : Lakewood, NJ

Duration : Current school year (contract position)
