A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Sales to lead and grow a team of Account Executives.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage a team of Account Executives to meet or exceed sales targets
Translate departmental strategy into actionable team goals and ensure effective execution
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients while coaching the sales team on best practices
Required Qualifications
2 to 4 years of management experience preferred
5+ years of sales experience in SaaS Mid-Market Sales
Proven track record of coaching sales professionals
Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams
Ability to teach foundational sales skills and strategies
