As a Security Officer - Government Patrol Detailer in ORLANDO, FL , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas within a dynamic government location, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a visible presence. You will interact with the public, provide exceptional customer service, and communicate clearly while upholding our values of integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Pay Rate : $17.93 / Hour

Job Schedule :

DayTimeWed09 : 00 PM - 05 : 00 AMSun10 : 00 PM - 06 : 00 AM

What You'll Do :

  • Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols around the site and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or access.
  • Observe and report suspicious activities or persons to Allied Universal management and / or law enforcement as appropriate.
  • Assist with access control, visitor management, and verification of credentials as required by site policies.
  • Support emergency preparedness and response efforts in accordance with established protocols for government locations.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate logs and reports of daily activities, incidents, and / or unusual occurrences.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal management.

    • Minimum Requirements :

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
