Customer Support Specialist - Peabody, MA (onsite)

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Customer Service, Customer Success and problem-solving. It's a plus if you have experience within logistics or transportation industry. This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer inquiries efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the point of contact for customers, providing timely and professional support via phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with booking, tracking, and resolving issues related to their vehicle shipments.
• Communicate with customers and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transportation and deliveries.
• Resolve customer concerns with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the HubSpot, FreshWorks, Ring Central and CargoTel systems.
• Educate customers on service options, policies, and pricing structures.
• Support escalations and work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex cases.
