Title : ERP Systems Analyst

We are seeking a hands-on ERP SystemsAnalyst to support process design, change, and continuous improvement within one of our growing business units. This role will act as a critical IT partner, guiding users through process design, system enhancements, and best practices to maximize ERP capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing, planning, and distribution, with ERP expertise in systems such as Infor, Epicor, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Work alongside otherERP SystemsAnalysts, providing both daily support and long-term strategic guidance.

Partner with business users to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement ERP process improvements.

Develop, maintain, and deliver reporting solutions to support business decision-making.

Train and support end users while ensuring strong change management and testing practices.

Collaborate with IT teams, vendors, and partners to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless system performance.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, adhering to SDLC best practices and documenting all solutions.

Required Knowledge & Skills

U.S. Person required.

3+ years of ERP experience in manufacturing and planning (MRP, CRP, Kanban, Inventory).

Hands-on experience with Infor, Epicor, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar ERP systems.

Strong reporting skills (preferred tools : Crystal Reports, SSIS, SSRS).

Proven experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, and data migrations.

Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills with a customer service mindset.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related technical discipline preferred (or equivalent experience).
