Practice Plan Analyst

Work Schedule:

This is a full time day shift position. Typical work week is Monday - Friday 8am -5pm. This is a hybrid position when onsite you will work at 7974 UW Health Middleton WI. This position is hybrid and the team meets onsite 2-3 times per year or as needed for projects. The onboarding for this position will also require some onsite time as well.

We are seeking a Practice Plan Analyst to:

• Oversee preparation of statistic and productivity reports for Practice Plan Administration. Analyze data provide summaries and recommendations.

• Provide advanced levels of business intelligence through financial analytics project management and committee support collaboratively with other departments and business partners.

• Develop visualizations and models that highlight opportunities to support strategic planning and initiatives improve performance project future demand and advance UW Health goals.
