Primary Responsibilities Include :

• Gather and ensure that all information for bi-weekly payroll is evaluated for accuracy and entered (includes but is not limited to commissions, bonuses, pay changes, etc.)
• Coordinate with and instruct managers on timekeeping through HRIS
• Ensure that all pay for the bi-weekly period is entered
• Audit entries for accuracy (timekeeping, bonuses and any items included in bi-weekly payroll)
• Audit accuracy of entries into payroll system (new hires, terminations, pay increases)
• Maintain system integrity and payroll accuracy by researching and staying current with state, federal and / or system updates in a multi-state / nationwide company
• Prepare and distribute bi-weekly reports
• Gather, prepare and analyze data and reports for quarterly and annual audits
• Work with Finance to maintain system general ledger integrity
• Provide assistance on and complete necessary HR and Payroll projects
