Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and implementation of job architecture and competency models

Manage performance and talent management processes to align with organizational goals

Collaborate with stakeholders to integrate the career framework with HR processes

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred

7+ years of experience in talent management or related HR disciplines

Strong knowledge of competency modeling and performance management practices

Experience with external HCM consultants and HR technology platforms

Project management experience and stakeholder engagement capabilities
