We are currently recruiting for Document Processors (Mail Clerk) and Data Entry Clerks to work in a fast pace production environment, offering competitive pay rates in Elgin, IL.

SHIFTS AVAILABLE :

• 2nd : Mon - Fri 3 : 30pm-12am- $22 / HR
• 3rd : Sun - Thurs 10 : 30pm-7am- $23 / HR
• Weekend 1 : Fri-Mon 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm - $22 / HR
• Weekend 2 : Sat-Tues 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm - $22 / HR
• To be considered you will need to be able to pass a background check and credit check.

Responsibilities Include :

Document Processing Responsibilities :

Will be responsible for accurately processing physical documents

Opening, sorting, and organizing mail and verifying contents

Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy of documents - preparing documents for processing / scanning

Identify errors and correct any errors in data, and escalate to supervisor

Filing and organizing documents for future reference

Being comfortable in a fast-paced production environment

Lifting bins of up to 20-50lbs

Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for data keying and expected to maintain high levels of productivity and accuracy on a daily basis.

Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors

Entering customer and account data into systems

Correcting inaccuracies and validating output

Keeping information confidential

Must be able to meet deadlines and be flexible to support peak volumes

Job Types : Full time, Temporary
