A Licensed Mental Health Clinician provides counseling, Outpatient Services and may satisfy the therapeutic component of Enhanced Benefit Services. You will provide mental health interventions to patients in outpatient settings such as school, office, and virtually.

Your duties include :

• conducting one-on-one and group therapy,
• assessing new client histories,
• diagnosing by completing Comprehensive Clinical Assessments
• determining appropriate treatment options
• consultation with other mental health professionals, stakeholders, and
• managing your caseload
• . assuring consumer files are up to date on a monthly basis – report sent to clinical director (CD) and Quality Management (QM) team.

§ CCAs, PCPs, consents, authorization all must be up to date and applicable

o Developing, updating, and maintaining PCPs for consumer

Participating in weekly supervision with Clinical Director and all scheduled staff meeting

Qualifications include a variety of job experience, education, sound clinical skills and licensure within your area of expertise. You should be familiar with the various cognitive and behavioral therapy methods, have excellent verbal and written communication, and patience. To be a practicing therapist, you will also need to be fully or provisionally licensed in North Carolina.
