Position Title : Production Operator

Wage : $19.00-$22.00 per hour

Shift : 1st, 2nd, Weekend

Hours : 5 : 00am-3 : 30pm (Mon-Thurs); 3 : 30pm-2 : 00am (Mon-Thurs); 5 : 00am-5 : 30pm (Fri-Sun)

Production Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

  • Draw – Run 2–3 machines; strong math skills; Must have prior machine operator experience.
  • Weld – Operate machines that weld metal into tubes.
  • Anneal – Heat-treat tubing.
  • Manual & Auto Grinding – Shape and finish stainless steel tubing.
  • Shipping – Fast-paced; physical work. Prior metal shipping experience preferred.

Production Operator Requirements :

  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Ability to read, measure, and pass a 9-question math assessment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Willingness to learn and operate multiple machines.
  • Reliable, teamwork-oriented, and ready to grow.

    • Benefits :

  • Competitive Pay : Starting at $19–$22 / hr. DOE.
  • Shift Differentials : +$0.75 / hr. for 2nd Shift, +$2 / hr. for Weekend Shift.
