Senior Coding Auditor & Educator

Insight Global is looking to hire a Senior Coding Auditor & Educator to the team. We are expanding our auditing & education team and are seeking a highly skilled Senior Coding Auditor & Educator to support the non-surgical side of the organization. Focus areas include : E / M, Radiation Oncology (one role requires Radiation Coding certification), Medical Oncology, Office-Based Procedures .This role is ideal for someone confident, proactive, and passionate about high-quality auditing and provider education.

Duration : 6-month contract-to-hire

Schedule : 8 AM–5 PM CST (flexible 7AM–6 PM)

Location : Fully Remote but unable to hire in CA, WA, OR, CO, NV, NY

Requirements :

5+ years of coding, auditing, and coder / provider education experience

CPC required

High School diploma or equivalent

Strong understanding of : professional fee coding & billing, EMRs & documentation workflows, compliance requirements

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Conduct internal coding audits (80% of your time)
• Train new providers and coders on proper documentation & coding workflows
• Create education materials : tip sheets, presentations, job aids
• Identify coding trends and recommend workflow / process improvements
• Review 20–30 audit cases per day
• Participate in 1–5 auditor training sessions per month
• Support compliance, quality, and documentation integrity initiatives
• Partner closely with providers to ensure accurate, compliant coding
