Job Description: - We are seeking an experienced Client Partner to lead and grow our semiconductor industry portfolio.
- The ideal candidate will drive business development, manage strategic client relationships, and deliver innovative technology and digital solutions tailored to the semiconductor value chain, including design, fabrication, testing, supply chain, and ecosystem partnerships.
Key Responsibilities: - Act as the trusted advisor for senior stakeholders (C-Level, VP, Director) within semiconductor client s.
- Own and grow revenue across accounts through farming and hunting new opportunities.
- Drive strategic account planning, pipeline development, and execution to ac hi eve growth targets.
- Collaborate with internal solution teams to position offerings across digital engineering, cloud, data & analytics, IoT, supply chain, and product lifecycle management.
- Identify and convert new logos wit hi n the semiconductor ecosystem (c hi p design firms, foundries, OEMs, fabless companies, and suppliers).
- Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term account growth.
- Negotiate and close large, complex deals, ensuring profitability and scalability.
- Stay updated on semiconductor industry trends, challenges (e.g., c hi p shortage, global supply chain disruptions), and emerging tech nologies (AI, IoT, Edge, 5G).
Qualifications & Experience: - 12-18 years of overall experience, with at least 7-10 years in account management or client partner roles in the semiconductor/ high- tech industry.
- Proven track record in driving multi-million-dollar revenue growth and managing large enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor industry processes: chip design, manufacturing, testing, supply chain, and ecosystem.
- Experience in selling IT services, engineering services, and/or digital transformation solutions to semiconductor client s.
- Established relations hips with C-Level and VP executives within the semiconductor domain.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presence.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
