A company is looking for a Liability Determination Adjuster - Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

Show empathy and support in every customer interaction while adhering to the Claims Culture

Lead liability investigations by reviewing damage details and interpreting policy coverage

Communicate effectively with customers through various methods to explain processes and provide updates on claims

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education :

Completion of hands-on training related to claims adjustment

Ability to evaluate and negotiate settlements with customers and other parties

Experience in a fast-paced environment requiring critical thinking

Proficiency in using communication tools such as phone, email, and text

Understanding of insurance policy coverage and claims processes
