We are seeking an experienced Recruiter for an amazing contract role! The ideal candidate will bring strong sourcing and relationship-building skills, with prior experience working in a union environment considered a significant asset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a variety of roles, from job posting to onboarding
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and workforce needs
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates
• Conduct phone screens, interviews, and coordinate selection processes
• Build talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor agreements, and employment laws
• Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) and provide regular hiring reports
• Foster strong relationships with candidates, internal teams, and external partners

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
• 35 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably within a unionized environment
• Strong knowledge of recruiting best practices and employment regulations
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred:

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades or labor roles
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements and union relations
