Location : Bakersfield CA

Employment Type : Part-Time to convert to Full-Time / Temp-to-Hire

Schedule : Monday Friday

Pay : $23 / hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to support our clients sign and graphics production team. This role combines general labor light administrative assistance and hands-on shop work both indoors and outdoors. The ideal candidate is computer-literate eager to learn and comfortable working in a fast-paced creative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Production & Shop Support

  • Assist in basic sign and graphic production tasks under the guidance of our designer.
  • Use basic hand tools such as drills hammers and screwdrivers for installation prep and general shop work.
  • Help with both indoor and outdoor tasks as needed (e.g. light installations material handling job site prep).

Administrative & Computer Tasks

  • Provide general office and administrative support to help keep projects organized.
  • Assist with simple computer-based tasks including file handling and basic software use.
  • Support the designer with tasks requiring attention to detail and organization.

    • Qualifications

  • Basic computer literacy is required.
  • Familiarity with Adobe software (Illustrator) is a plus but not required they can train the right candidate.
  • Ability to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions.
  • Comfort using basic hand tools (drill hammer screwdrivers etc.).
  • Willingness to perform both indoor and outdoor tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail and a positive team-oriented attitude.

  • Enjoys hands-on work and supporting a creative production environment.
