Basic Job Functions :

Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.

Properly follow company and OSHA safety procedures.

Schedule : day shift 6 : 46a - 3 : 15p Monday- Friday and occasional Saturdays.

Lifting, loading and unloading materials.

Operate mobile equipment including fork lift and skid loader.

Assist other workers as needed.

Cleanup, sweeping, shoveling, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications :

Experience in an industrial / outdoor work environment.

Ability to operate equipment under varying working conditions.

Ability to work with others in a team environment.

Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency.

Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and occasional weekends.
