Cloud Architect

Graham Technologies is seeking a Cloud Architect to support secure federal cloud environments with a strong emphasis on FedRAMP, continuous monitoring, and cloud security automation.

Location: Hybrid/DC proper

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and architect secure cloud solutions for federal systems.
• Provide cloud security expertise supporting FedRAMP requirements.
• Design and implement Continuous Monitoring (ConMon) solutions.
• Architect AI-enabled compliance automation for cloud environments.
• Review and analyze security alerts and reports from SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk).
• Assess AWS security services including GuardDuty, Security Hub, and Inspector.
• Design secure network architectures using AWS native services.
• Implement and validate encryption for data in transit and at rest.
• Identify and mitigate vulnerabilities related to configuration and data integrity.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of cloud and cloud security experience supporting federal systems.
• Advanced networking expertise, including:
  • AWS firewalls
  • AWS Direct Connect
  • AWS Outposts
  • Reverse proxies
• Proven experience with Continuous Monitoring solutions.
• Experience designing AI-driven compliance and assessment tooling.
• Strong understanding of encryption technologies (TLS, SSL).
• Expertise in vulnerability identification and mitigation.
• Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms (Splunk).

Education, Certifications and Clearance

• Master's degree.
• Ability to attain a Public Trust.

Desired Skills:

• Prior work history in supporting DOJ/BOP systems
• AWS Certification
