Summary
: Reports to the Business Systems Manager and supports all aspects of the ERP business systems. Collaborates with user groups, functional managers, development teams, and project teams to identify design enhancements, configuration opportunities, and ways to improve the utilization of ERP modules. Addresses organizational information needs by analyzing requirements and recommending appropriate system controls and protocols. Integral to the design and deployment of existing and new business systems.
