Base pay range

$198,000.00 / yr - $266,000.00 / yr

Meta seeks a skilled and highly motivated attorney to join the Technology Transactions and Global Procurement Legal team. In support of commercial transactions for the team, you will draft and negotiate commercial agreements that focus on AI cloud computing (including bare metal cloud services), data center facilities operations, logistics services and supply chain management for Meta’s global data center infrastructure. You will also advise clients on the various legal risks, business strategies and other issues related to commercial transactions and general operations. Associate General Counsel, Infrastructure Technology Transactions (Services) Responsibilities

• Contract drafting, lead negotiation and advisory responsibilities for Meta’s Technology Transaction and Global Procurement Legal organization, including procurement of products and services from data center equipment, software and services vendors (including cloud service providers), manufacturing vendors and warehousing and logistics partners, in addition to other complex partnerships and commercial arrangements
• Influence and build relationships with clients and cross‑functional peers across Meta to drive solutions to complex legal and commercial challenges
• Drive continuous improvements to existing legal templates, legal and business processes, and legal support of the business
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to analyze and communicate legal risks
• Provide legal and strategic business advice to help develop a comprehensive, long‑term approach to our relationships with key vendors and partners
