Account Delivery Manager
Manage the delivery of assigned client accounts, ensuring service levels are met or exceeded. Work closely with Account Delivery Managers and Associates to ensure efficient account operations. Cultivate and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and goals. Assist in budget management and cost control for the accounts. Collaborate with senior leadership to define and track key performance metrics. Stay informed about industry trends and assess how they impact account strategies. Address and resolve account-related issues and escalate as necessary. Provide regular status updates on account performance.
Basic Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Typically 8+ years of relevant insurance experience, including 3+ years in a similar role. Proven experience in account delivery and leadership roles. Proficiencies in strategic planning, client relationship management, and team leadership. Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry knowledge and technology.
Other Qualifications : An advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus. Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) is a plus.
