Controller With Expert Netsuite Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Controller with expert NetSuite experience to lead our accounting operations, support financial strategy, and optimize our ERP environment. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in accounting leadership, strong NetSuite administration experience, and the ability to drive process automation and financial reporting excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all accounting operations including AP, AR, GL, Payroll, and Financial Reporting
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Manage and optimize NetSuite ERP system (workflows, dashboards, saved searches, reporting, integrations)
• Develop and maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance standards
• Produce accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Support audits and tax compliance with external partners
• Implement automation and process improvements to scale financial systems and reporting
• Partner cross-functionally with leadership to support growth and operational initiatives
